On tap @ the brewpub. Clear golden body with a nice, big and stable off-white head. Can’t see how it should be possible to make a better looking golden ale than this? Nice, not particular strong fruity aroma, hint of canned peaches and malt. Flavor is soft malty, more biscuit malt than caramel, general fruity, some oranges and quite bitter. Very good balance between sweet and bitter. Fine body and a good and bitter aftertaste. There is too many average IPA’s out there, but this one stands out whiteouts actually anything else than being a solid, good beer. Nice.

On tap at the brewpub. Almost black with a creamy tan head. Roasted malt both in the aroma and taste. Also quite a lot of coffee. The finish was bitter and dry with some dark chocolate. This one was the best one that I sampled at the brewery.

Hazy amber body with a small off/white head. Aroma is dominated by malt and caramel with a hint of fruity hops pine. Flavor has malt, caramel, toast and chocolate with balanced bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste in the same style as the flavor. OK, straight forward amber with nothing extra.

Om tap @ Bennys. Unclear brownish golden body with a fine, lasting off-white head. Nice aroma citrus and tropical fruits with some pine. Flavor is smooth malty, with fruit as expected from aroma and rather bitter. Fine body, sweet and bitter aftertaste. Not really complex, but a good balanced and tasty, honest pale ale. Nice for a place like this to have their own beer like this.

On tap at Benny’s BBQ, served in a jam glass. It’s a hazy, orange golden beer topped by a dense, two-finger off-white head that lasts and leaves lacings. Lovely fruity aroma with pine cones and tropical fruits. Grapefruit, pineapple and peach. Pleasant bitterness in the mouth, with the same fruityness found in the aroma, not much maltyness. A bit sweet though. Full body, soft carbonation. Lasting finish with a fine bitterness and lots of fruits. Sure a pleasant one. 130614
