Aroma shows bold graham cracker, mild marshmallow. The graham cracker in the flavor is like piecrust. Chocolate and roast are mild. 9% ABV is totally hidden. I had another New Hampshire Smore inspired stout right before this. This wins hands down.

Taster pour at the NH Brewers Festival. Appearance is inky/oily opaque black with no sparkle, no head. Aroma is nice roasted malt, hints of dark chocolate and coffee. Taste is as aroma with roasted malt, hints of coffee more than dark chocolate, hints of dark fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, pretty strong.

Taster pour at NH Brewers Festival. Appearance is hazy, strong yellow with no discernible sparkle, thin ring of white head. Aroma is fruit, citrus, grapefruit. Taste is a mix of citrus, grapefruit and fruit but nothing is too identifiable. Decent strength of each but not enough of a particular one to stand out and give the beer a particular character. A bit muddled. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good flavor but lacking in identity. 3.7 or 3.8

No can date. Pours a cloudy orange with small head. The aroma is dank and tropical fruit. Slick body, mango, papaya, peach, light pine bitterness. Good amount of juice. This is certainly one of the better beers from this brewery at this point.

No can date which bugs me. Aroma is sour grain and a hint of vanilla. Flavor is lightly herbal and then sour throughout the center of the sip. The vanilla rounds out in the finish but doesn’t really work with the sour grain bill. Or is it a bacteria yeast strain? Beer brewing has gotten really damn weird in the last 2 years. This is an odd duck.

Can date is on the sticker on the 4 pack holder. Aroma shows light citrus, mild herbs, slight yeast. The yeast shows in the flavor. Mild citrus, notes of unriped fruit. Thinner body, it does show a subtle juicy character. More unripe fruits. Shows a touch of alcohol. Nice attempt at the style.

Can date is on the sticker on top of the 4 pack holder. I don’t get the appeal of the Sour IPA “style”. It is not cohesive at all. Sour pineapple, orange marmalade, and a very light lactic note. Sour lactic finish and a touch of bitterness. Similar to other “Sour IPA’s” I have sampled; odd.

Can date is on the sticker on the 4 pack holder. Murky gold an appearance. Aroma shows me dusty grain, light citrus. Flavor shows milled grain / husk like. Weak citrus with a very slight herbal. Low bitterness with a thinner body and texture. It is ok.

EBF Last Saturday Hazy somewhat bright golden in color with a foamy white head. Lemony tart very little sweetness with a hint of salt in the background. Not too shabby,

Can from The Packie Hazy dark yellow in color with a thin bubbly white head and lace. Grassy juicy fruity with a sour milk twang. Lactose isn't as overpowering as some.
