Bottle. Pours clear yellow, no head or lacing. Aroma is overwhelming of floral wildflower honey, perhaps some prickly pear. Flavor is fairly sweet, honey, floral, not really getting the ginger or passionfruit. Not carbonated. Medium body. Not where its @

Bottle shared by Paul and Kelly Clear deep golden color with a smattering of bubbles. Light honey oxidized with bits of pepper and maybe a hint of solvent. No noticeable chocolate. I normally love their stuff but this one missed the mark.

Pale orange with some pink, reddish hues The aroma is very classic mead. Honey aroma, tree bark, herbs. Jeez. very herbal. Various berries, wood, chemically. Not sure this came from a garden? Still interesting.

500 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer. Light gold color, aroma is light basil, mild Berry tones and of course honey.
Flavor has a floral ness with a fresh grass and herb notes. Flavor has mild Berry, with the floralness lingering in the flavor just a tad. Character has a freshness that gives a crisp and refreshing aspect. Actually pretty nice stuff.

Picked this up at Colonial Spirits. Crystal clear deep golden color with a smattering of bubbles when poured. The aroma has an waxy note I’ve never experienced before. Light berry note with a hint of menthol, floral honey and alcohol. The flavor reminds me a bit of pomme fruit tartness, with a bit of light berry and faint honey flavor. Alcohol is present but not harsh. This is like nothing I’ve ever had before. I would have liked a bit more honey sweetness and maybe a little less of the tart.

500 ml bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer. By no means do I claim to be an expert on flavors of mead but I did enjoy this. No head on a crystal clear yellow. Aroma is mild fruit, homey and a mild light hint of alcohol.
The body is lightly dry and on the thinner side of because of fermenting out the sugar, not a negative. The flavor does show a nice level of fruit and mild ginger in the finish. I am a novice mead rater so NOBODY should take my word on mead but... This is pretty enjoyable and didn’t have any issue with it. Again I have no clue what I’m talking about. And for sure I like this more than World War Bee.

Shared by Brian from a 500 ml. The label is damn damn sweet, mutant bees drop lemons on buildings! Brilliant! Color is a crystal clear yellow. Aroma is lemons, honey and a light herbal tone.
The flavor starts with lemons and shows a good amount of honey. The finish shows an odd chemical / Windex or glass cleaner note. Not really strong but it is there. Like a lemon cleaning product. Not bad but hard to say I would revisit, comes off a bit overly artificial.

Very light yellow. A bit sticky in the legs. A little tart, acidity and sour apples with berries on the nose. Taste is similar to the nose with a granny smith apple tartness, some berries, raspberry, fresh cut grass, it’s thin and not too oily. also the sweetness is low as well. Really nice berry forward finish and the tartness is awesome.

Sample at Willrunforbeer grand mead tasting. Aroma is flowers, honey and almost a lemon.
Very subtle berry underneath the sweet honey, floral and lemon notes. Lighter and refreshing for a mead.
