At first we brewed just for ourselves and for some similarly minded friends that own bars and restaurants in the area. By keeping our focus on quality rather than quantity things have grown steadily for us and we have joined the grass roots Barcelona craft beer revolution. We develop the beers that we want to drink and name them all after our favourite Barcelona neighbourhoods.

330ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, off-white head. Cautious lemon tea aroma, hints of mouldy lemongrass. Taste is dry, minimally citrusy, hints of lemon tea, a spicy, grainy touch. Sedate.

Karamellpreg i ettersmaken. Godt førsteinntrykk, slapp i slutten.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Cognac colour, white head. Moderate aroma of hops and caramel. Very moderate hops and a little caramel in the flavour too, not offensive but without any real character.

33cL capped bottle at restaurant in BCN. Dated BB 15.01.17, should be fresh. Amber honey color. Oily hops, sweet tea malts, and low bitterness. I like the sweet flavor but the hops aren’t particularly well done. But happy to have this as it seems macros dominate the taps around here.

330ml bottle at home from my Secret Santa Clockk, many thanks. BB 06/2016. amber clear color, small off-white head. smells of bread, elder flower, citric, light wash cloth, a bit like rotten fruits. overall decent though. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, tobacco, elder flowers again, some sweetness, oranges, bread, acidic, peach. finishes with bitterness from lemon and herbs. Interesting brew, not bad at all. Overall not enough hops and malt backbone too strong to put this anywhere near the IPA category.
