Sampled on draft this cider poured a pale yellow color with a huge soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet tannin and apple flesh. The flavor was sweet apple flesh followed by apple peel and a bit of mustiness and apricot. Lon sweet apple finish. Light to medium body. Solid.

Afterburner on tap at vintage. Cloudy pale. Slight vinegar aroma. Mild easy first taste. Enjoyable. Good bubbly co2 palate. Interesting and unique; seems to be fermented out but does have some sugar in there. Good overall cider experience. Has manners, something my homebrew does not.

From a bottle smells pretty good. Taste is quite refreshing, not lots of fermented sugars but enough to keep it from tasting like my own homemade cider. Yes, does not come across as strong as the 7% would indicate. Good carbonation and I think I sense of tad of that waxy ice cider thing, just a tad mind you. Yes, OK by me. Does have a mildly good kick in the brain on the finish of the bottle. Quite enjoyable.

Rare cider. From a bottle. Bib giant head wants to over the top but fades rapidly. In glass there is plenty of co2 bubbles rolling. Some background aroma of vinegar. A little sediment on the bottom of bottle but pour is clear. Yes, quite dry. Almost tastes like my home made cider but its a little more acceptable on the palate. Not your typical sweet woodchuck fer sure, more like the real thing. Not bad overall but could use a little more unfermented sugar in there, still not used to these ciders that are totally fermented out.
