05/04/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Ambrata, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di lieviti, malto, note agrumate, di resina ed erbacee, molto intensa, potente, davvero niente male! In bocca è amara aggressiva, un po’ lievitosa, amaro erbaceo e resinoso, molto lungo e persistente, malto, secca nel finale. Corpo medio, carbonazione elevata. Mostro luppolato!

24/05/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Dorata, torbida, schiuma a gana fine, che ricorda quella di una blanche, abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di luppolo, agrumati, presenza di malto leggera, una punta di acidulo, una punta di solvente. In bocca è migliore, dissetante, fresca e beverina, sentori quasi da blanche, con finale secco e luppolato. Corpo medio, leggermente superiore alle attese, carbonazione media. Non è il massimo, un po’ sporca, ma si lascia bere.

02/04/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Ambrata carica, molto limpida, schiuma bianco sporca con venature giallognole, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori netti di malto, caramello, note fruttate ed erbacee. In bocca è dolciastra, note di caramello e amaro non troppo spinto, diacetile un po’ eccessivo. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Non è malaccio, ma andrebbe rifinita.

28/01/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Nera, quasi impenetrabile, schiuma cappuccino, leggera ma persistente. Al naso sentori di malti tostati, liquirizia, leggero affumicato. In bocca caffé, cioccolato, liquirizia, leggero affumicato o bruciato, un po’ stucchevole. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Discreta, ma... siamo sicuri che sia una dry stout?
