Sour and Bitter 2016. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with strong hoppy citrus and pine. Sweet malty flavour with well balanced citrus and pine hops and a nice bitter finish.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours darker gold with a white head. Aroma suggests white grapes and perhaps citrus. Med body. Flavor is definitely fruity, very light bready malt; suggests white grapes. A hoppy bitter thing, Not over the top, but bitter enough to stand up to many ales. Want the imperial version!

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Grapefruit and earth flavor with pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and earth lingers with pine and light summer fruit.
