On tap at Stone for their pizza port tap takeover. Classic mosaic nose with a tropical fruit explosion on the nose with s little bubblegum as well. Taste is very tropical but not overly sweet with a nice crisp finish. Great vehicle for the mosaic hops! --- Beer aliased from original tick of 8-Bit Mosaic Pale on 30 Aug 2015 at 22:47 - Score: 7

Draft: Black with a creamy tan head. Sugared black coffee scent. Ashy, burned coffee , sugar taste. Big and Burnt, yet extremely sweet at the same time. Interesting balance.
