Draft. An unclear amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit - especially peaches and lighter notes of hops and strawberries. The flavor is sweet and very fruity and yeasty combined with medium notes of coriander and other spices, leading to a very dry , spicy, and bitter finish. Reminds me more of a Belgian Ale, than an IPA.

On tap at the source. Pours with a clear golden body and a small white head. Aroma of citrus, husky grains and grapefruit. Flavors are dry, grainy, bready, citrus and grapefruit. Dry body, nicely bubbly. A pretty solid APA in my opinion. West Coast style.

Trestles Ale/Lager (please make up your minds) on tap at the source. Pours with a golden body and minimal head. Aroma is grainy with not much else jumping out at me. Flavors are grainy, grassy, a bit of cornbread. Somewhat sweet finish. Lively bubbles. Nothing wrong with this beer, but nothing really great about it. Tastes a bit adjuncty, but that could just be the huskiness of the base malt.

On tap at the source, a week after it wins gold at GABF. Pours with a hazed golden body with a large tan head that stays and leaves excellent lacing. Aroma is floral, citrus hops that abound, with a light caramel sweetness. Really clean. Taste is dry, floral, citrus, tropical fruits. Lively bubbles, well attenuated with a lasting bitterness. A classic DIPA from a brewpub chain that can do them well. Congrats Noah.
