50 cl. bottle at Hotel Julsø. Deep golden colour with amber hues - well it´s orange. Small, bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with sweet fruits, yeasts, herbal hops, citrus and elderflower. Taste is light bitter. Medium body, creamy texture with an average carbonation. Finishes dry with herbal hops, grass, citrus and yeasts. Light and enjoyable.

Bottle. A big, light beige head forms over a copper colored body. Unclear. Butterscotchy aroma with toffee and some fruityness. Sweetish flavor with much less butterscotch than in the aroma. Some alcohol blends in. Caramel. fruityness and a pleasant bitterness. Full body, soft carbonation and semi-sweet. Lasting sweet flavor. Well, not my preferred beer in any way, but it’s sort of decent anyway. 130516

500 ml bottle. Clear, amber body with a moderate sized, dense beige head. Aroma has malt, bread, some caramel, brown sugar and spices. Flavor is sweet malt, some caramel, toast, brown sugar, dry fruit, moderate bitterness and Belgium yeast. Medium body and nice in aftertaste. A fine and balanced beer, nothing really extraordinary, but well made.
