Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caranel, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, bread, barley, and wheat, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours nutty brown with a slight haze and a smallish, off-white head. Cinamon and cloves dominate the aroma - very Xmas biscuits. Medium body, soft on the palate, some tasted malts, again Xmas spices and then a bitterness that is totally out of whach with the style. Those bittering hops will be offputting to many me thinks. 020221

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a light brown head. Nose is more ethanol than anything, very subtle roast. Medium body, a dry roastiness and again booze, more than anything else. Quite simple to be honest for a beer this big. Not bad, there's just so many better big Stouts out there. And no, the adjuncts are not detectable. 270121

Bottle from my dear friends (Jens, Anna and Sigrid). Pours nearly clear dark copper brown with stable light beige head. Clear aroma of malt , yeast, and caramel, with roasty notes and touches of hops. Bitter, roasty flavour, with nutty touches and sweetish notes of caramel malt and yeast. Estery and roasty aftertaste with some acidic touches. Drinkable and not unenjoyable, but rather metallic for my taste.
