Auch ein schwarzes Bier nach Porter-Style gibt es in der Brauerei vom Fass. Es lehnt sich an das bekannte irische Stout an, aber hat mehr BItterkeit und ist doch deutlich als Porter zu erkennen. Es ist blickdicht schwarz und eine leichte, stabile Schaumschicht an der Oberfläche. Geschmacklich kommen die Aromen nach Kakao und dunkler Schokolade durch und das einzige, was mir nicht gefällt ist eine gewisse Säure im Abgang. Alles in allem ein gutes Bier, besonders da spanische Porter eher selten sind.

getrunken vor Ort im Restaurant der Brauerei im Zentrum von Barcelona Das 7 (vom siebten Tank) ist das Premium-Lager der Brauerei und ist etwas stärker und voller als das klassische Moritz und lässt sich wirklich gut trinken. Es ist schön süffig und freut durch seine malzigen Noten, welche wunderbar mit den fruchtigen Hopfennoten nach Marille, Guave und Melone harmonieren. Es ist spritziger als die zentraleuropäischen Wirtshausbiere, was aber im südlichen Europa gut passt. Es ist nicht nur für Spanien ein empfehlenswertes Bierchen.

From tap, golden beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, grain, malt. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, grainy, bitter, quite smooth. Nice one

Many thanks for this red beer to Mario. Barwa lekko czerwona-bursztynowa, piana srednia i srednio trwala, karmelowe, slodowe, tostowe, nic praktycznie nie chmielne. bardziej jak wiedenski slodowy lager, ale ostateczne katastrofalnie nie bylo.

Bottle. Golden beer with a low cream head. Toasted malt and light grain aroma. Toasted malt and light citrus flavor. Lighter bodied. Toasted malt and light citrus linger.

0.33 l bottle from Vrutak, Zagreb. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is malty, fruity, fruit jam, some candy or sugar, some vegetable, a hint of honey. Flavour is fruity, a bit sugary, a herbal or grassy touch. Some sweetness at first, finishes quite bitter. Light body, soft texture, moderate carbonation, moderate finish. Not an IPA but a red ale, holding up quite okay.

Gefällt mir gut, fast wie eine Assemblage aus einem Red Ale und nem IPA. Schöne rubinrote Farbe, kaum Schaum. Sehr spritzig, eher auf der röstigen Malzseite als allzu hopfenbetont.

Bottle from total wine. My bottle says lager pilsner. Slight haze on pale. Smell is somewhat aged euro lager. Taste is a little uncivilized, some rude bitterness hidden within. Yes, saaz fer sher but its not too noble, heheh. This stuff is a little difficult but its not like difficult hoppy beer, it just seems to come across a little less than a macro american lager, if you know what I mean. Yes, I'd say this is on par with pennsylvania style beer. Not even as good a Lionshead or coors extra gold.

Clear amber to orange beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, caramel notes, bit oxidized, some diacetyl. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, nice bitterness, bit metallic, some marzipan, hoppy touch. Aftertaste: hoppy, metallic, pretty oxidized, hint of caramel, sweet touch, some cough syrup, cow fodder.
