On tap. Pours a clear amber with a slight red hue and an off white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has bread and grains with a bit of pine and grass coming through. Flavor has pine and bread with some earthy grains and leaves supporting.

cloudy amber color. Big gin barrel, lemon, peach with botanical notes. Heavy body, tart big lemon character. Totally excellent take on the cocktail. A touch boozy but works better given what they are trying to do. Lingering gin character. Very very good
