Bottled, 0.7 liter, BB '97 (> 8 years old). Hazy orange coloured, small but lasting head. Aroma is obviously aged, cork wood, port, a bit cinnamon, some hops. More watery taste, some sweetness.

Honeyish malt aroma. Golden, champagne bubbles, lowish head. Light flavor, honey malt base, slight fruity overtones. Yeast finish. Lightbody, fizzy mouthfeel. Refreshing, but not really special.

Dark amber color, big head. Light aroma of roasted malt and paper. Too simple taste, vegetable, very light roasted barley and caramel. Too simple palate.

Brown body, nice tan head. Aroma was faint but sweet. Flavor was strong caramel, toffee, and some sweet dry fruit notes before the beer warmed. Tasty.

A dark brown beer with a small fast disappearing head. The aroma is slight with notes of sweet malt and brewmash. The flavor is thin though sweet, prickling your tongue and has hints of black currant. It has next to no bitterness. A boring beer - try Ch'ti ambree instead.

An amber beer with a fine but fast disappearing head. The aroma is sweet with notes of strawberries, fruit, and red currant. The flavor is a dry sweetness with a lot of nuacesses: strawberries, red currant, other berries, and earth. It is only slightly bitter but more dry and acidic in the aftertaste. A really good beer.

Bottled(330ml). -the only thing why is this beer specially is because it is organic, I expected much more, pale golden colored, refreshing, yeasty and hoppy aroma, thin head
