[Bottled. My brewer was stated as Zhongguojilinshihuayeshanputaojiuchang(!) from Jilin.] Deep golden, very brief head. Lemonady "Pommac" flavour. Sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Evident lightly raisiny wine character. No bitterness. Unusual and interesting, although perhaps a little soft drink-like.

A very unusual beer, similar to the "barley wine" traditional in northwestern Yunnan minority tribes, but brewed to a rather light 3.2% abv. Fiery amber colour. Low carbonation. No head. Sweet, winelike aroma - I haven’t seen a decent wine in months so forgive the lack of detail. Very sweet flavour. Grapey, plummy, sugary - like a refined sherry.
