Caramel, cherry, watery. Untypical zwickl, rather märzen. Average beer. 0,5 l, draught, brewpub, Vienna.

On tap at Schwarzer Rabe. Aroma hints at a straightforward malty caramelly beer. Clear amber colour. Stable white head. Taste thin bodied, empty. Lightly metallic, dull caramel. After all remains somewhat drinkable. Not entirely bad.

Draught at the brewpub.
Dark amber, clear body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Moderate, sweet aroma of berries, bread, smooth malts.
Tastes of sweet berries, honey, bread, grains, subtle bitter hops.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes quite light, sweet, bready, a bit hoppy.
OK. Clean, easy, but overall too sweet for my liking. Lacks more hops in my opinion.

Draught at Schwarzer Rabe (5.0%, brewed at Villacher). Clear deep golden, small creamy head. Buttery and mild. An unassuming sweet and maklty beer with low hpo rate. Good amounts of soft, sweet buttery malt is what chracaterizes this beer.

Draught, 5.0% at Schwarzer Rabe. Tje barman said this was brewed by Villacher. Clear dark amber colour. Stable creamy white head, slightly plasticky. The flavour is clean, but thin. A bit of malt, low bitterness, slightly bready. Nice enough, but not exciting.
