Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie e arancia rossa.

Il naso riconosce indizi di frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande Il liquido appare velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella norma e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano note di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie e arancia amara.

La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia e mandarino.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina media. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è percettibile. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano caratteristiche di miele, frutta secca, agrumi e mirtillo.

Bottled 750ml. -from Sherpa La Plagne Centre, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy nose. Grainy, herbal, light honey and bit cardboardish with sweetish finish.

0.75l bottle from France courtesy of Ogi, who shared it with Hrabren and me. Crystal (hah) clear pale golden body, off-white head. BIg honeyish malty aroma, vaguely floral maybe. Lean, dry honeyish-floral taste, bit cardboardy, lightly buttery. Calls itself a pale ale, mercy-called it a golden ale - though it apparently won some medal in the lager category at some competition in Brussels. Fantastic. Anyway, this is a decent gluten-free "basic" beer if anything, which I guess is the man difference from the old La Cristal. Shame it got oxidized though.

0.75 l bottle thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Clear pale golden, small off-white head. Aroma is hay, spice, corn and meat. Light body, soft carbonation. Flavour is corn, vegetable, grain, hay and meat. Creamy, dry finish.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Peach coloured clear brew with an floral and sweety taste. An good Corona-like beer with flowers and fruits but this one is from the French Alps.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear green coloured brew with an herbal, fruity taste with Southern French countryside smell. Not bad and not so good either, but fun to judge this one.
