Aroma of lemony grains and lager hints. Modest head and foggy yellow body. Flavour is weak grains and lemon. Watery. Not a very interesting beer.

Cask at the brewpub. Dark brown. Fruity nose with some cocoa. Moderately minerally with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with less chalkiness than other Snowdonia offerings. The best of 4 beers at the brewpub.

Draught (at the brewpub): Slightly hazy amber coloured; fruity, a bit sweet-malty nose with a tinge of molasses; sweet-bitter flavour; sweetish-malty and - no doubt - fruity finish with a late bitterness. A strongish. well rounded and well balanced bitter.
