On tap at Green Cheek - Costa Mesa, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright melon-like hops, tropical fruits, dankness and pine. Flavour is full of tropical fruits, pine, melon, and dankness. There's plenty of sweet biscuity malt to back but this is definitely a hop bomb. Excellent.

On tap at Green Cheek - Costa Mesa, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out tangy hops from the Nelson, light tropical fruits, pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is super bright and tangy from the beautiful combo of Nelson and Galaxy. Bright, amply bitter and crisp. Just excellent.
Very vicious. Chocolate, boozy, warming, and second edible kicking in. Zola and Ghost out back. Thanks TQ!

Pours a hazy, golden lemon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, along with just a touch of spice, almost like some Brett yeast or something found it's way in. Soft mouthfeel with a mild level of hop bitterness in the finish. It's another good one.

Pours a deep brown, verging on black, with big, tan head that lasts. Aroma is bread, roasted grain, some pine. Flavor is bread, roasted grain, a dash of chocolate, some pine, some citrus. Very smooth mouthfeel. Hop bitterness kept to a minimum. One of my favorite styles and they did it right...
