75 cl bottle @ Matkamessut. Aroma has white wine tones, apple peel and yeasty tones. Flavour has alcohol, solvent, yeasty notes, white wine, some sake and sweet apples. Very oily palate. Not that good, too much yeast and sharp alcohol.

Bottled@wPBFIII. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, alcohol, some stinging things and some vanilla. Flavour is burning alcohol (on lips and in throat). Apples and some ice cider sweetness.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Clear golden, brief coarse head. Concentrated apple juice and port up front. Sweet with underlying tartness and medium-full body. White pepper, honey green apples. Peppery heated finish.

Aroma has ripe apples, apple peel, acidic white wine tones and odd gastric tones. Flavour is rather aggessive with ripe apples, apple peel and white wine.
Compared to Helmi This was quite same in the aroma, but the flavour is much more aggressive and acidic. I think this is better but I am not sure.

Bottled@wPBFIII. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apple, some almost ice cider like elements along with some wooden notes. Flavour is quite sweet apples, alcohol, some fruits and some mild earthy notes.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Hazy golden, minimal head. Concentrated aroma of madeira and Granny Smith apples. Sweet with full body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Very concentrated flavours. Some sugar and citric acid. Full flavoured and intense.

Aroma has ripe apples, apple peel and gastric acid. Rather leathery palate. Flavour has leathery apples apple peel and unpleasant gastric acid tones. Finishes with strong acidic white wine tones. Just too acidic.

Aroma has ripe apples, some alcohol and hints of sake. Flavour has sweet apples, very weird gluey tones, wallpaper paste, sugary sweetness, sake and hints of alcohol. Also I am able to find the honey notes mentioned below. Weird, messy and not good.
