Description
We are known as the Brasserie du Vignoble (or the BraV ’for those in the know) and since 1998 we have shared the love of beer in a unique place!

We brew great beer classics like: Weizen, Pale Ale, Ambrée or Imperial Stout and also seasonal recipes with Spring or Christmas beer.

But BraV ’is also a little (hoppy) grain of originality! We dare to create atypical creations such as beers aged in whiskey or wine barrels, smoked beer and even brewer's mead!

All our products can be tasted on site at the bar, or in our Biergarten on sunny days. In addition to beers brewed on site, regional products will be offered to you in a menu that adapts to all seasons and occasions! And for those who would like to leave our beers again, our shop and e-shop are at your disposal!

Pours deep amber from the bottle. The tall, foamy head turns to a thin creamy layer and lingers. Aroma is full of overripe apple, with light bubblegum undertones. Taste is both tart and sweet, full of apple cider, with yeasty, bread-like notes and a bit of spice. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. Pleasant.

From the recently expired bottle. Pours brown with a frothy beige head. Aroma is full of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg. Taste is sweet, with light caramel notes, herbal in places, and also quite spiced. Too much so I would say .. I’m not getting much sense of the beer underneath. Body stays fairly light. A touch oily. Not bad by any means but doesn’t quite come together.

Pours dark brown to black from the bottle. A frothy tan head slowly fades. Aroma is of chocolate and, more subdued, of roasted grains. Taste is bittersweet throughout with the smoky roasted bitterness and rich milk chocolate playing out nicely together. Body is medium, palate is extremely smooth, goes down silky and soft. Impressive heft given the low ABV. A rare porter that is light enough to be fairly sessionable and interesting enough to keep you wanting more. I could drink these on a regular basis—a good sign.
