Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato scarico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cracker, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia, limone e mandarino.

0.33 l bottle from 'Au Marché de Riquewihr', best before October 2026. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral and minimally vinous aroma of lemon peel, white sparkling wine and gooseberry. Slightly sweet, quite fruity-floral, a bit grassy and a little vinous taste of pineapple, lemon peel, gooseberry and a touch of white sparkling wine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit woody-dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly spritzy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant sip, fairly refreshing, really well-balanced even though I'd have liked the crémant to come a bit more to the fore.

Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cracker, biscotto, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia, mandarino e banana.

Light amber colour, small frothy head that does not stay long. Aroma is quite harsh alcohol, lots of apricot. Leaves an aftertaste of lavender soap. Light herbal bitterness, rather unpleasant, slight sweetness. Full body, cloying unpleasant mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Not thirst-quenching for sure but has some warming effect. I really disliked it. Shows what can go wrong with tripels.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Spicy, wheat malt. Taste: spicy, wheat malt, fruity orange notes and lime hints. Pretty dense body for this style. Sweetish, white sugar hints. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Modertae to over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness.

T: medium malty base, a lot of dark cherries, red berries, citrus, bit sour fruity, light puckering, medium carbonation, not bad yet this is not my kind of beer, enjoyed.

T: full malty base, nice prominent roasted tones, chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits, dark bread, long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, very nice balanced for the style, enjoyed for sure.

A: nice smoked woody tones and smoked meat.
T: medium malty base, light smoked tones, some chocolate and bit like roasted tones, smoked meat, dry on the palate, very good as I like smoked beers, enjoyed for sure.
