Can: pours light copper with off white head. Aroma is toasty, herbal. Taste is fairly bitter. Pleasant maltiness. A bit different.

Canned 1/21/25, drunk 6/18/25.
Clear, soft peach-to-white-grape-juice. Giant, frothy head, slowly recedes to large, rocky retention.
Beautiful, expressive, highly aromatic nose with white grape and heavy mineral. Rich malts in the background yielding light sourdough, moderate honey, light white bread. Clean, crisp, snappy and yeasty.
Lots of bread, biscuit, moderate sourdough, but ample honey-like maltiness to balance. White grape and dried herb mix with heavy mineral and a crisp, snappy yeast that is rejoined by more sourdough (bit of the oak, bit of the malt). Love how substantial the texture is and yet how nicely dry the finish is. Oak is very mild, as it should be. Wonderful job of blending, with a ton of complexity.

Aromas are really mild resin hops with some medium malt. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, bittersweet with malt and bitter hops coming out more but not much. Goodbody and slightly soft carbonation. Not bad but I would look for something better.
