33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and toasted malty. Fruity, phenolic and toasted malty. Light sweet and slight caramelish finish.

From draft @ II Feria de la Cerveza Artesana de Castilla y León, Lerma. Hazy brown colour, off-white head. Nose is caramel, chocolate, molasses, dark candy, bit of fruits. Flavour is caramel malts, candy, fairly sweet. Finish is sweet. Decent.

Bottle @ Munchen Burgos. Hazy golden colour, thin off-white head. Nose is malty, bit of wheat, light yeasty, bit of fruits. Flavour is light malty, fruity, bit of yeast. Low to medium carbonation. Not much going on here. Mediocre.

Bottle. Brown colour with minimal off white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma has noes of dry fruits, toasted malts, caramel and brown sugar. Flavor is sweet from the beginning to the end with good maltyness, toasted notes, some spices, caramel toffee and brown sugar, some red fruits are also present. The final is slightly sweet with caramel notes.

Bottle. Interesting yeast Notes - old house yeast I am told, light phenolic, berries minerals, wood, slightly lactic. Murky dark brown, low head. Very dry, solid enough, light salt finish. Really grows on you after a while.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Brown colour with a formation of an off-white head, medium lasting and moderate lacing. Aroma is caramelish, toasty and slightly yeasty. Flavour is mild sweet at the beginning, yeasty, notes of candi sugar. The final is slightly bittery with a medium duration. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Hazy brown colour with a large, medium bubbles, nice lacing, perfect lasting and an off-white head. Rest of sediments are visible. Aroma is caramelish, sweet, yeasty and slightly spicy. Flavour is yeasty, notes of candi sugar, caramel and toffe. Carbonation and body is medium to high. Texture is oily.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Hazy golden colour with a formation of a white head, large, fine bubbles, moderate creamy. Rest of sediments inside the beer. Aroma is malty, slightly spicy and with fruit hints. Flavour is moderate sweet at the beginning, dense and smooth on palate, malty, spicy and the final is slightly bittery, that gives it a good balance. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high. Texture is creamy.

Bottle brought from bar in Valladolid. Brown - reddish colour, off-white head. Nose is caramel, malty, brown sugar, slightly spicy and yeasty. Flavour is malty, yeasty, brown sugar, dark fruits. Slightly fruity finish. A bit thin bodied, otherwise well done.
