Description
Bij Bierfabriek Amsterdam brouwen we ons eigen bier. Lekker ambachtelijk. Dit gebeurt in de bierbrouwerij middenin ons restaurant. Een prachtige stellage en absolute eyecatcher als je binnen komt. Ieder bier dat we brouwen is karakteristiek, maar ook toegankelijk van smaak.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy amber color, creamy head. Mild caramel aroma. Nice malt flavor, quite sweet, with light fruitiness, and strong bitterness; some hop qualities come through.
Pleasant.

On tap at De Bierfabriek. Muddy dark copper amber colour, off white head (although the first pour only had a soapy head). Aroma of unripe fruits, some dark fruits, caramel, light toasted malts, veggies. Flavour is sweet, bit lemonade-like, oranges, unripe fruits, light hoppy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. It’s not very good, but drinkable.

On tap at De Bierfabriek. Hazy reddish brown colour, creamy beige head, looks pale for a porter. Aroma of some roasted malts, hint of coffee, caramel and moccha. Flavour is unripe fruits, light roasted malts, amber malts, light bitter finish. Light bodied. Not really sure what they’re after: they should either make a decent porter or brew something more mainstream like a dubbel.
