Bottle pour at Mikkeller Singapore, pours a hazy amber. Aroma brings out maple syrup upfront, with lots of wildflower honey pretty much characterizing this. Flavour is not all that sweet, with subdued maple, fermented out wildflower honey, and a mineraly character. Lacking precision and has some strange seltzery notes. Needs work.

Bottle pour at Mikkeller Singapore, pours a rather disgusting diarrhea. Aroma brings out very earthy notes, with light notice from the rose, and subdued wildflower honey. Flavour is very muddled, with an earthy, yeasty character, light floral notes, but little expression of the honey. Not sure what they did to mess this up, but it's really muddled and imprecise. Poor.

Bottle pour at Mikkeller Singapore, pours a hazy dull golden. Nose is full of wildflower honey, with oranges upfront, a hint of clove, but no notice of the cinnamon. Flavour is heavily sweet, with lots of orange liqueur, wildflower honey and a hint of clove. Extremely sweet, near cloying territory. It's decent, but lacks balance or depth. Fun stuff.

Bottled at Druggists, Singapore. Hazy golden, small head. Intense balsamic nose of tropical blossom and rosebuds. Quite dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel, no carbonation. Peppery and perfumy with lots of hibiscus. Floral bitter finish. Well made dryish mead with interesting character from equatorial wild honey.
