25 cl. bottle. Brown color with orange or garnet notes. Big tan head. Aroma seems to be cooking cherry. Medium body with fairly creamy carbonation. It’s a little tart; a little sour. It’s more cherry than anything, but not your sweet cherry. Finishes dry. Not as much fruit as some beers, but enough.

Pours a clear dark ruby color with a quickly diminishing lightly tan head. Leaves a sticky lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet dark lightly spoiled cherries with light cherry skins and tannins. Taste is surprisingly very clean with light sour cherry. Its extremely drinkable with the clean light cherry flavor.

Bottle @ Sour ale Tasting - DOE Holstebro. Clear medium to dark amber red color with a average, fizzy to frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, berry, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic - vinegar with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (250308)

(Bottle 25 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a beautiful, clear red colour with a small, beige head. Tart and ligtly woody aroma. Fairly light in body with notes of raisins and wood with a subdued and pleasant acidity. A very pleasant, smooth and quaffable Sour. 290308

Draught. Pale golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Grainy egg vegetable mix with some hints of yeast in the aroma. Flavour is saltwater, malts, grain and cooked vegetables.

Golden color, small white head. Buttery, papery hoppy aroma. Grainy, sweet rice-malty flavor, light grassy hops. Watery backbone.

Bottled (3.2%). Clear red colour with pink fluffy head. Some lacing. Aroma is cherry, some sugar and also mild nuttyness. Flavour is very sweet cherry. Also some quite sour cherries in it lurking. Quite nice, and very refreshing.

Brown with medium off white head. Swet and slightly sour aroma with roasted malt, caramel and balsamic notes. Sweet and sour flavor with woody and and berry notes. Ends slightly sour.

25 cL bottle, 1997, thanks to thewolf. Pours slight cloudy orange with a fully diminished off-white head. Dry woody and overripe fruity aroma. Light woody and medium sweet/sour flavour. Dry woody note towards an oxidised note. Ends dry and woody, slight oxidised.

[Vintage 97 - Courtesy of TheWolf] Hazy amber with tiny short lasting head. Swet and slightly sour aroma with caramel and sugar notes. Sweet flavor with sugar, ripe fruits, wood and caramel notes. Slightly oxidized.
