Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Korvald Søndre Frk Fryd ].[ Trade by yngwie ]. Clear medium amber color with a quick, average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, bread, caramel, malt, dusty malt. Flavour is moderate sweet with a short duration, caramel, bread, malt, light sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. IMO borring and quit annonym .. [20141023]

500m swing-top bottle bought at Meny Oslo City. A filmy layer to an amber-orange coloured body, slightly hazy. Dried fruits and herbal hops on the nose. Almond and nuts in the flavour profile mixed with fresh and dried fruits. Dry fruity bitterness to the ending. Medium to thin bodied. A quite refreshing, different Yuletide brew. Satisfying (Tromsø 29.12.2014).

Small bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry grainy, weeds, wet grain, hay, wet grass, caramel, nuts, light malts. Taste is kind of strange floral, weeds, flowers, paper, hay, grass, light malts, minerals, bark, soap. Little bitterness, harsh and watery mouthfeel. Meh!!

500ml bottle from Meny Oslo City. Swing-top bottle with a solid shot when opened. Bubbly, pearl white head. slight haze to a golden body. Bread-like malts on the nose joined by fruity hints. Fruity taste with peach upfront, and pale malts beneath. Smooth bittersweet tail. Medium to thin bodied. Clean in the mouth. A rather pleasant fruity pilsener (hotel room, Oslo 08.12.2014).

Unclear golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. A bit acidic, wheat and fruity aroma. Fine medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Ok carbonation. Mild acidic, fruity, wheat and some yeast. The acidic notes is surely due to the BB….1 year ago. Still ok and drinkable.

From tap, served from a sample tray at Café Sara. Unclear golden-brown coloured body. Dissipating white head. Smoked malty nose, sausage-like. More sausage meat than bacon to the flavour profile. Joined by mid-sweet brown malts with notes of bitter fruits to the ending. Easy to drink. Satisfying, not more (Oslo 18.08.2014).
