Description

Malandar nace a comienzos del 2016, materializando una ilusión y motivación mantenidas a lo largo de varios años.

La idea de Malandar roza lo romántico, ofrecer con su nombre un homenaje a Sanlúcar de Barrameda, compartiendo con ella y con vosotros, el comienzo de un sueño que se va haciendo realidad poco a poco.

La conocida Punta del Malandar se interna en el océano Atlántico, acariciada por marcadas pleamares y bajamares. Ellas le confieren al litoral una composición de baja consistencia, que provoca, a cada paso, el hundimiento de tus pies, convirtiendo el andar en un verdadero "Malandar".

Nosotros ahora nos internamos en el óceano cervecero artesanal, estando orgullosos de ofrecerte un producto fresco, de cuidada elaboración y alta calidad. Con vuestro apoyo, ánimo y confianza vamos afianzando nuestro caminar en esta aventura.

Opaque yellow with a tall white head. Sharp tropical hops, hop burn, sweet oat cream, fruity. Full bodied. Finish is full of that hazy hop burn and sweet oat. The hop burn gets a bit excessive but it’s decent.

Hazy golden yellow with a small, slowly forming white head. Definitely under-carbonated. Full body. Tropical fruits, oat cream sweetness, a hint of dank pine. Finish is sweet oats and tangy tropical fruits. Needs more carbonation to improve the body and bring out more of the flavor profile.

Bright pale yellow with a white head. Opaque. Big pine, tropical sweetness, dank, oat cream, floral. Full creamy bodied. Finish has plenty of that pine forest, tropical fruit and sweet creamy malt. I like the pine twist on this hazy. Nice.

Tap at Brew Wild Madrid. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy hops, citric, dash of parmigiano, dash of alcohol. Taste is the same, low carbonation. Decent enough, but not exactly great.

Sinestesia from Cerveza Malandar

Lightly cloudy orange with a white head. Big pine needles, tropical fruits, some citrus, light oat cream. Medium body with a silky oat texture. Finish is smooth with low bitterness and more pine. Dig this for sure but it would be exponentially better if they lost the oats. The oat sweetness and silky body distract from an otherwise legit WCIPA.
