Keg at Munkbron, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Aroma of burnt toast and grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Licorice and burnt toast. Bitter finish. Solid dunkel.

Keg at Munkbron, Stockholm. Jazy deep amber, mid sized. Tart nose with wheat bun dough. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Juniper and baking yeast. Low to medium bitterness. Confusing.

Keg at Munkbron, Stockholm. Clear amber, rich firm head. Caramelly malt aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, bread and floral notes. Mid bitter finish. Well made.

Dorée claire, col blanc crémeux tenace.
Arôme sur une bonne base maltée - pils, repris de suite par un houblonnage noble mais ayant aussi des notes plus agrumes et soupçons d'exotique. Le riz ne se laisse pas vraiment détecter de prime abord et vient plus se faire présent en bouche.
Palais est plaisant 'crispy', avec une petite rondeur du riz - houblonné plaisant avec un léger fruité tirant sur les agrumes (plus sur effet fleuri) - finement fleuri, fruits jaunes et un rappel de raisin tirant sur la mirabelle.

Pâle sur léger ambre, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet malté vienna - cara léger biscuité.

Palais est sur une bvelle not emaltée - biscuité et cara avec un léger fruits secs / noirs en support. Houblonné noble - fleuri. Je retoruve le bon côté toasté du malt Vienna avec un effet un peu speculoos (sans les épices).
Classique mais cela fait plaisir à boire et cela change des haze.
