Bottle. An unclear orange colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving some lacing. Fruity, yeasty aroma with a spiced hints, bready notes and some yellow apple hints. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a decent bitterness. Fruity flavor, yellow apples, pears, some pale malts and a spiced touch from the yeast. Lasting finish. 500ml bottle, batch 91, bought at Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Rocky, off-white head over a near-clear dark brown body. Good lacework on the glassware. Rather restrained aroma of brown malts, bread, and herbal hops. Brown malty flavours with a hint of smoke together with earth, caramel, and dried fruits. Malt-fruity subdued bitterness to the finish. Medium bodied. Smooth in the mouth. Decent Yuletide brew. (Tromsø 30.12.2017).

500ml bottle, batch 105, bought at Eide Handel. Shared with Richard and Finn. Near coal black in the glass, beige head, spotty lacing. Promising brown malty nose added by dried fruits. Well blended Yuetide taste of caramel malts, biscuit, and dates. Bittersweet endnotes. Fine depth. Clean in the mouth. Well made. (Tromsø 16.12.2017).

Bottle. Black body with a big, creamy tan head. Aroma is malty with pine. Flavor is moderat sweet, light roasted dark malt, some caramel, hints of fruit and lots of pine with a balanced bitterness. Medium body and nice aftertaste. A bit unusually version of a black IPA, but I definitivly enjoyed it.

Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.
