500ml bottle, batch 48, at Vertshuset Skarven. Patchy beige head over a hazy apricot coloured body. Aroma of floral hops and citrus peels. Mixed taste character of ripe orange, citrus peels, and caramel followed by a ending of bitter hop resins. Fine bodied. Decent British inspired ipa (Shared with Hallvard, Tromsø 10.03.2017).

Expensive 500ml bottle, batch 38, at Vertshuset Skarven. Dissipating beige head. Dotted spots on the glass. Misty red-brownish body. Dark dough and raisin on the nose. Interesting flavour profile with plentiful malts including brittle caramel, bread and a touch of smoke, hints of dried fruits as well. Malty depth to the finish, lingering. Medium bodied. Pleasant (Shared with Hallvard, Tromsø 10.03.2017).

500ml bottle, batch 39, at Vertshuset Skarven. Clear warm golden body, missing head, no lacing. Grain and mid-sweet apples on the nose. Flavoured with mid- sweet apples, pale malts and yeasty fruitiness, lightly spiced. Subdued semi-dry tartness to the ending. A bit flat and rather thin in the mouth. Middle of the road (Shared with Hallvard, Tromsø 10.03.2017).

50cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian (thanks a lot). Pours hazy amber with a small, white head. Hoppy and fruity with citrus, hints of herbs and tropical fruits. Moderate sweet with quite citrusy flavour and solid bitterness. Not to clean, but fairly drinkable.

Big offwhite head. Hazy opaque amber body. Strange resiny funky aroma with perfumy notes. Dryish resiny freshly cut wood taste with mineraly funky notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry floral resiny aftertaste with funky wooden pineapple notes. It’s partly nice, but also partly very strange. Thin, funky, mineraly flavour, a little like their saison. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Oslo City. Batch #48.)

Medium white head. Hazy still coppery body. Resiny freshly cut wood aroma with herbal floral notes. Interesting and unusual. Resiny toasted sugar taste with mineraly floral notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish peppery toasted sugar aftertaste with caramelly floral notes. Really an interesting beer, and nice, too. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Oslo City. Batch #43.)
