On tap at Drunkendog. Pours pale gold. Lemon, lime, floral, lightly saline, lightly sour. Nice light body. Excellent.

Enjoyed at Cru Cru in Mexico City by my partner and am sippin so I’ll rate. Looks like a straight forward porter, a bit more chocolate than the average in the style but overall very tasty.

Enjoyed from bottle at Cru Cru in Mexico City. Fantastic spot & fantastic beer. Dark amber with light white spotty head, not too much in the nose, thick flavor but enjoyable, a little bit of mezcal but a very interesting take on the style.

Can't necessarily taste the chapulines. Tastes mostly like a limey gose with some salt. Not sure what the grasshoppers really add. Decent gose that being said. Tap at brewery.

Seriously works pretty well, and I can't say I'm not surprised as a Tripel purist. Florals and coriander. Just a little mezcal that blends in very well. Orange pour with good head. Some lime. Light sweet finish and not too much booze flavour. Probably like the only example I've liked of a tequila or mezcal beer. Bottle from drunkendog.

Roast and caramel. A little coffee. Black/dark brown pour with good head and great lacing. Bitter finish with a little tang. Easy drinking and it fits the bill, good for style. Tap at brewery.

Something like nutmeg or cinnamon. Hazy brown orange pour with decent head. Light tangy finish. Don't live this. Tap at brewery.
