Keg at Hop The Beer Experience 4, Mexico City. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of mango, citrus and husky bread. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Husky and peppery with some tropical fruit juice. Long bitter finish.

Sampled at Hop the Beer Experience 2, pours a murky cola brown with some sticky, brown head. Nose has caramel and malt, oak is definitely there, chocolate now, dank coffee. Man. This is WAY better than the base. Flavor is sticky with malt and molasses and cola, coffee too, caramel and brown sugar. Finish is really smooth. Well done. Great treatment. Elevated the base.

Sampled at Hop the Beer Experience 2, pours an oily dark cola brown, no head. Nose has malt, molasses, licorice, some black pepper, some raisin, a little cola. Flavor has cola, molasses, malt, a little cocoa. A bit weak, honestly. Finishes with some prickly booze.

In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light vanilla, alcohol warmth, light licorice, light coffee grind, musty character, very nice. On tap at Hop The Beer Experience 2, DF.
