Flaska från SB. Mörkt gyllengul, aningen disig, högt kritvitt bestående skum. Riktigt snyggt. Fin doft med mycket belgokaraktär. Jäst, söt torkad frukt och rejält med kryddor. Bra stabil kropp, söta frukter och massor av kryddor och ännu mer beska. Pomeransskal och rejält med bittra örter som bärs av alkholen och skapar lite bittersnapssmak som kanske är lite för mycket. Vuxet och stramt. Gott.

Bottle. Wooden, spongy and iodine aroma. Dark brown, foamy brown head. Medium full dry body, iodine licorice salts, light vanilla. Quite dry. Herb and licorice aftertaste.

Bottle, many thanks konstifik! Darkest brown color with white head. Aroma is chocolate, molasses, woody, iod, liquorice. Taste is chocolate, molasses, iod, even seems like it’s been barrel aged, also liquorice. Medium carbonation, full-bodied. Quite nice!

Unclear deep golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation level. Ok balanced acidity and sweetness. Semi dry ending. Fruity, yeast, citric and some spices in the flavor.

Unclear golden color with a fine white head. Decent lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma, but with some homebrew yeast notes. Medium (+) body and an average carbonation level. Pleasant acidity level and a decent dry ending. Yeast ( a bit unpleasant homebrew ish), fruity, herbal and some spiced notes.

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad, disig med högt vitt skum. Doft av citrus, fläder och tropisk frukt. Frisk men också rejäl gräsig beska, dammig jästig smak som jag inte direkt associerar med Belgien. Viss fruktighet och flädern från doften. Överlag tycker jag att APAn äter upp saisonen och att jästtonerna inte riktigt lyfter smakbilden. Ok ändå.

0,33l bottle at home bought from Etre Gourmet. Vintage 2015. BB 02/2018. Amber lightly hazy colour, small white head. smells musty, citric, light cardboard, done sweetness, tobacco, chlorophyl, decent smell overall. Full body, dust carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of chlorophyll, grassy, peppery, tobacco, earthy. finishes very bitter with notes of chlorophyll, grass and peppery notes. Okish beer, but not a big fan overall, just drinkable.

04/03/2017 - draught tasting glass @ACBF Dark amber, no head. Nose is weird, bit medicinal. Taste however is very nice. Lots of red fruits, light sour touch, gentle roast. Apart from the nose very nice beer.
