Bottle. Orange color with white head and quite some floatees. Aroma is fresh, peppery yeasts, phenolic-estery, some grassy hoppiness, also some jammy fruits, orange and grapefruit. Taste is mostly spicy-peppery, slightly phenolic, high foamy carbonation. Spicy finish. The aroma has some similarities to Hefeweizen.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Tea, lemon, spice and a faint hint of grapefruit in the aroma. Lemon, spice and some slightly nutty notes can be detected in the well balanced and slightly sweet taste. The sweetness is even more evident in the finish along with some notes of banana and grain.

Draught (Uppsala Beer & Whisky Festival 2016) - Hazy amber in colour. Very floral and fruity aroma with notes of lavender and raspberries dominating more than the mango. The taste is fruity and moderately sweet with raspberries and mango standing out.

Draught (Uppsala Beer & Whisky Festival 2016) - Black in colour. Liquorice, raspberries, blackberries and some woody notes in the aroma. Rich and warming taste with liquorice, muscovado sugar, blackberries, raspberries and treacle.

Aroma is moderate malty, tart, sea buckthorn, earthy, honey, pale malt, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, honey, sweet malt, alcohol, phenol, earthy, wood. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, belgium yeast, brown sugar, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sugary, brown sugar, sweet malt, roasted, dark malt, belgium yeast. Bottle split with the crew at Beer Ditch, Malmo (23/01/2016) - pours dark brown verging black with good sized tan head. Toasty and roasty malty aroma and taste, dark dried fruits, plethora of spices, hit of caramel sweetness, sweet malty finish. Nice.
