(Bottle) Golden orange colour with a touch of pink. Brief foamy head. Fruity nose with apples, apricots, honey, mandarin and spices. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, apricots, spices, mandarin and a generous acidity in the finish. Light body, semi-dry. Well balanced and refreshing. Very nice.

(Bottle) Golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with yellow apples, orange, marzipan and a touch of herbs. Fruity taste with notes of yellow apples, apricots, orange, marzipan, rosemary and a finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, semi-dry. Refreshing and well made cider. Nice one.

Couleur claire, finement rosée, col fin rosé epu tenace et se repliant rapidement sur les rebords du verre.
Arôme est frais, pommes pressées, pointe de fruits rouges, fleuri arbre en fleuri, champs, léger rétro-nasal acerbe mais augurant une délicatesse en bouche.
Palais est frais, pomme, léger sucre résiduel, assez sec (maîtrisé par rapport à d'autres cidres) et bonne pétillance. Fine note acerbe avec une certaine fraicheur qui se distingue, tout en légèreté.
