W nosie czekolada i kokos, w smaku podobnie kontra ziołowa goryczka podbita kwasowością. Jednowymiarowe zdominowane kokosem, to był zły pomysł, na plus że nie ulep, da się to wypić.

Can, 0.50l. Aroma of apples, cinnamon, flowers and biscuit. Pours hazy amber brown color with thin creamy cappuccino-like head and poor lacing. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel, apples and cinnamon, follows by notes of bread crust, ash and mild coffee, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate grassy bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Weird hoppy liquid apfelstrudel…

Nr butelki 00029, Data rozlewu: 25.11.2020 Bez piany. Aromat bardzo intensywny. Na pierwszym planie nuty rumowe, melassa, zaraz za nią czerwone i czarne owoce, czekolada, nuty winne, figi, daktyle, śliwki, rodzynki, wiśnie. Znakomity, zachęcający aromat. W smaku również na pierwszym planie rum. Zaraz za nim nuty winne, destylatowe, czekolada, czerwone i czarne owoce, wanilia, kawa. Alkohol wyczuwalny, przyjemnie dopełnia całość, finisz kawowo-destylatowy. Jestem mega pozytywnie zaskoczony tym piwem. Bez kozery powiem sztos!

excellent pilsener aroma, perfect balance between aromatic malts and aromatic hops. the hop bitternes is pilsener but not macro cardbord, rather more aromatic almost flower like bitterness, stil respecting the pilsener type. flavor is a bit more average than the aroma. malts, cardboard and fair hop bitterness. overall a very decent pils flavor, certanly better than macro pils. All in all a very tasty pilsener.

Euro-box ukraine. multi-layered aroma, raspberries, sweet apricot. apricot dominates. flavor is quite sour with a strong sweet apricot note too. also cheesecake like notes, not sure how they pulled that off.

strong herbal and fruity aroma with a herbal lemongrass like (but a tad sweeter and a tad more herbal) sting, green tea, although very herbal, the aroma is in fact quite nice. so the good kind of herbal, like a good herbal tea. flavor is a somewhat strange citrussy sour with a subdued blanket of green herbal bitterness, herbs are black tea, green tea, the kind of leaves you are not supposed to eat bitterness. The flavor balance is off, and the overall impression is wha.whaat? this is weird. Not sure i can relate it to any other beer i ever tasted, the bitterness might relate a bit to some of the skovlyst beers, if you take their more extreme series.

aroma is sour beer, red wine, white wine, woody wine barrel. wood notes are clearly noticable. not perfectly balanced, but quite well done nevertheles. bit above average for barrel aged stuff. flavor is barrel aged sour ale, bitter grape notes, dry white wine notes, wood. surprisingly traditionally tasting barrel aged sour beer, alc. is fairly well hidden, but does show some bitterness, i think 7.8% is a bit on the high end for this kind of beer, but well managed in this case.

wow. now I am getting punished for not knowing what apfelstrudel is. i think.. sweet, sweet cinnamon and apple and caramel aroma. think vanilla brown cakes with a little apple perhaps and tons of cinammon. think bakery cakes. btw. I don't like cake in general, especially the sweet light bakery stuff, soo. In any case.. the cinnamon takes some of the sweetness and works well with it, just like a good apple pie. Flavor is cinnamon, faint apple fruity flavor, bitterness from brown cake spices. truly weird beer with a strong, strong cinnamon aftertaste. Probably on the top-20 of the weirdest beers i have ever tasted

aroma is deep malty, herbal, herbal hoppy, smells like a well used english pub, brings back memories... flavor is like an english bitter but with more body and more flavorful hops. retains some of the dusty backroom feeling you get from traditional english ale, then adds some flowery hoppy notes and a little malty sweetness. works very well, i kind of like this beer.

awwww I was expecting a choclate aroma and what I get is strawberry marshmallows and frosting. ewww. not fair. Aroma also resembles that pink fluffy stuff you might get on top of a cone of ice cream. After settling in the glass for a minute, notes of chocolate also show up.. that was a relief. flavor is light roasted malty, chocolate, white cake frosting, coffee bean bitterness, nutty bitterness, the sharp nearly herbal bitterness actually works very well with the abundant sweetness, all would be lost without that bitterness... Most pastry stouts are pretty weird and strange, but this one more so.
