50cl can from Doncaster B&M. Almost no head. Clear pale golden pour. A strong cider. Not great

Nice clear orange pour. Decent aroma and a pleasant carbonation level. Not to sweet this one. A bit higher acidity would have helped a lot. Mild orange zest in the flavor. Decent and easy drinkable.

3L plastic bottle from B&M Home Store, Darlington. Very pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of damp cardboard, sweeteners. Taste is sweet, artificial apple flavouring with sweeteners, papery and tart citric notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry boozy finish. Not great.

2L plastic bottle from Tesco metro, Darlington. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of sick & faint artificial apple. Taste is sweeteners, apple flavouring, sick, minerally, drying. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish with residual sweetener. Quite bad.

500ml can from B&M Stockton town centre. Pale golden yellow colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and sulphury sweaty socks aroma. Taste is sweet, sugary, with apple flavouring and boozey notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry sulphury boozy finish. Quite bad

Well what should I say....it is as expected. Red berries with strawberries as the most dominant flavor. My stomach had some problems rest of the evenig. So this one will not return into my body. If you like a very fruity cider, this one is maybe for you. Decent balanced acidity and sweetness. Ice cubes are recommended.

Z-Cider is a house brand (re-label?) for the Norwegian importer Brewery International AS. I have heard that the various Z-Ciders are re-labels of the Bulmers range, but if it is made by Aston Manor, so be it. Sampled Z-Cider Original from bottle at Vectura-messe. Golden colour. Dull and uninteresting aroma. Medium sweet apple flavour, no complexity. Will rerate when I have a larger sample.
