Pours clear blonde, small white head. Scent is full, typical cantillon funk and woody notes. Taste is full, perfectly carbonated. Dry, cantillon funk and oak remain the biggest characteristics of the beer.

Pours a clear blonde. Scent is a bit fruity, dry. Strawberry takes the lead. Taste is full, intensely dry, tart. Strawberry very recognizable, prunes are less straight-forward. Oaky funk, very nice. Would have enjoyed even more strawberry a bit better, I think.

2015 edition, limited batch of 8 bottles, how's that for rare ? Pours a clear, darker blonde. No real head. Scent is funky, old barrel, wood. Taste is intense, oaky. Cantillon shines trough. Dry. Not that specific, but certainly enjoyable.

Almost no head, foxy orange-coloured beer, veiled. Woody Cantillon nose, old oak, pepper, bit of lemon(peel), lactic acid, old frying oil (in a nice way). Sour, woody, lemon, lactic acid and a bunch of fruity esters, no way identifyable, and the combination making it quite vinous. Dried, not-quite-raisiny grapes. Refreshing, tart, acidthinning and very mild -burn. Cantillon and others, but a very "malse" lambic, a jumble but very likeable.
