2023 vintage. Orange body, with a big head.
Aroma of funk, peach, lemon. Tastes similar, with more juicy peach.
Medium mouthfeel, with a lower carbonation. Finishes moderate acidic, quite dry, a bit funky, citric, with green apple, peach.

Beautiful peach aromas throughout, while also really complex, with enough funk notes. Drinks really elegant and balanced

750mL bottle, pours an opaque dark orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out pithy peaches, earthiness, and gentle funk. Flavour is wonderfully vibrant, with tons of juicy, sour peaches, moderate funk, leather, and huge champagne-like effervescence. Quite highly carbonated, with the peaches being a bit muddled but well-expressed. Very good.

0,75l bottle at home. Orange murky color, small white head. smells peaches, spices, stone fruits, earthy, jammy. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peaches, earthy, citric, grassy, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of peaches, citric and earthy notes. Very nice one, good balance, a tad on the sour side, but overall nice jammy fruit notes

Bouteille 75cl partagée avec Isaac, Sergi, Costa, Bernat, Tavo, Iñaki, Nacho, Trota - El Birrot & Basque region friends mega tasting. Merci!
Bottled 13/07/2022 - BB 13/07/2042 pas certain que cela offre autant de longévité aux abricots.
Dorée, léger pâle, col fin blanc peu tenace.
Arôme prend une base de Foufoune avec l'usage d'abricot - ces derniers après déjà trois ans restent tout de même encore bien frais et présents - léger funk perce en rétro-nasal.
Palais est sur une acidité assez marquée avec une balance d'abricot qui peine à adoucir cela - à savoir si les noyaux avaient été ajoutés à la macération? Reste également très pétillante en bouche avec un effet citrique un peu soda pop fruité.
