Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear dark orange-golden color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, sweet, yeasty sweetish and some herbs or spices. Average body and carbonation. Meh, not wrong but I just don’t like it very much.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, caramel, fruits, hops, nuts and has some notes of banana.

On tap at Krah, krah, Vienna, Austria. February 2014. Shared with lovely Anja. I hope it’s this one, it said Grieskirchner Dunkel on the menu. Clear reddish-brown golden tint. Light for a Dunkel. Faint malty aroma. Quite sweet, brown sugar, some caramel. Light and drinkable like a juice, even to sweet. Nothing special.

Pale golden, clear body, with a medium, quickly dissipating, frothy, white head.
Aroma of grains, grass, flowers, herbs, some corn, lots of malt sweetness.
Taste follows this, with some more bready notes.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, quite sweet, grainy, a bit floral, with honey.
OK, although quite boring. Clean and easy, but also flat, too sweet and with too less character for my taste. Average style example like many others.
