From a 440ml can on 5/9/2024. Pours a hazy medium golden with a medium head. Has a bright zesty citrus zest with some tropical notes in the background. Tastes of orange, lemon and lime, with some passionfruit and white grape in the mix. Finishes with a nice refreshing tangy bitterness with a touch of grapefruit. Pillowy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Excellent.

From a 440ml can on 1/9/2024. A an appropriate Father's Day rating from two of my very fave breweries. Pours a cloudy lightish golden with a medium head. Has a huge, lovely tropical aroma featuring passionfruit, papaya, lychee and melon. All of those present on the sip as well, which is met by a distinct, lightly spicy and quite tangy bitterness. Silky palate with average carbonation. Bold, complex and very impressive.

From a 440mlc an on 28/8/2024. Pours a thick opaque crimson with a huge head that's only slightly lighter than the body. The nose is very much strawberries and cream. Tastes of decently sweet strawberry and raspberry, with lots of vanilla ice cream and hints of the promised marshmallow and chocolate. The palate is super thick and creamy with the carbonation softish. One Drop are nailing this style quite consistently. Very nice.

From a 440ml can on 24/8/2024. Pours a milky pale yellow orange with a big dirty yellow head. The nose is tropical and a bit zesty. Definitely has lots of pineapple and banana, and definitely a strong guava tang. But there's also some marshmallow at the back, so it delivers on the promise of the label. The palate is thick and creamy, the carbonation moderate. Another excellent pastry sour from these guys.

From a 440ml can on 23/8/2024. Pours a cloudy deep crimson purple with a huge dark pink head. Has a strong somewhat tart berry nose. Decently sweet up front with blueberry and raspberry prominent, against a background of banana and vanilla. There's a hint of cookie in there too. Fairly tart at the back, giving it really nice balance. Has a creamy mouthfeel and modest carbonation. Really good.

From a 440ml can on 14/8/2024. Pours a very deep brown with a huge light tan nitro head that disappears quite quickly. Has a lovely dessertish nose with masses of milk chocolate, banana lolly, peanut butter and maple. All of that presents on the sip too, with the choc and banana lolly particularly prominent. There's a modest boozy, lightly sharp bitterness at the back. Like most One Drop pastry stouts, the sweetness level is off the charts, and will be too much for some. The palate in lightly creamy, but the nitro is something that just doesn't work for me. As an admitted sweet tooth, I'm still a bit torn on this one. Certainly had its charms but perhaps not quite a home run.

From a 440ml can on 11/8/2024. Pours a hazy light golden with a medium head. The nose is zesty citrus and some tropical notes. Tastes of orange, lemon, white grape and passionfruit, finishing with a firm lemon/grapefruit bitterness. Silky mouthfeel with average carbonation. Really interesting, quite assertive and very nice.

From a 440ml can on 8/8/2024. Pours milky violet/purple with a huge light purple head (obviously the ube). Has a strong coconut, vanilla and fruity nose. Tastes of banana, coconut and vanilla with a moderately tart finish that balances it out perfectly. The palate is super thick and creamy (genuinely like cream), with the carbonation softish. A truly wonderful purple oddity.

From a 440ml can on 7/8/2024. Pours like orange juice with a smallish head. The nose features lots of mango and vanilla, with some distinct floral notes and a hint of butterscotch. You get sweet mango and vanilla on the sip, and there is some cheesecake and biscuit cream, with a tangy lightly tart finish. Has a slick palate with moderate carbonation. Very unusual but really nice.

From a 440ml can on 28/7/2024. Pours a deep brown with a biggish head. Has a big choc and marshmallow nose. Massively sweet with milk chocolate, marshmallow, biscuit and a bit of dark berry all in the mix. Finishes with a mild, lightly sharp bitterness that takes the edge off the sweetness a touch. Has a quite creamy mouthfeel with softish carbonation. Another really good super dessertish big stout from One Drop, but will be too sweet for some.
