Bottle pour at malý pivo, with Gurthnar. Hazy deep golden body, off-white head. Old barrel notes, some acetaldehyde... not a fan of the strong aroma. Sour taste - acetaldehyde, glue, old barrel, lightly nutty, bit astringent. Quite daring I have to say, but doesn't work too fantastically in my book, for my personal tastes. My least favorite of the lot.

Bottle pour at malý pivo, shared with Gurthnar. Coppery-golden body, lightly hazy, thick off-white head. BIt funky aroma, wood, raisins. Lean, dry taste, bitter, woody, smooth, not much fruitiness/cherries, some spirit vibes, but actually quite pleasant - the woody notes from the barrel are potentially the strongest/best expressed of the bunch. Good stuff!

Tap at Malý pivo. Very dark brown body off-white head. Extremely creamy, raisiny aroma, bit oxidized, brown sugar, caramel. Lean, raisiny taste, grape rakija/grappa/schnapps/palinka/eau de vie notes, bit of old barrel, low paint, vague caramel, solid alcohol presence, vaguely acetic. Fun, different, but am I enjoying it? Naaah.

Bottle pour, thx Barba & Elena. Pitch black, tan head. Chocolate and caramel sticky peaty aroma. Lean dry smooth chocolate and peat taste, smokey, simple but quite drinkable, very well hidden alcohol!

Thinnish bod, med-hi carbo. Med sour, med tart, light sweet, pretty dry. Medium bretty barnyard character, rather light apple, even lighter cherry. But a pretty good clean feeling wild. Med-light woody, clean feeling wood. Good overall.

Med-full bod, med-light carbo. Med-high sweet, med bitter, light warmth, tannins. Med-high dried fruits and red fruits mix, rich enough. Hint of acetic in background. Medium woody. Good mix, interesting, tasty. Nice.

Med-full body still after all those years still. Med-light carbo. Med-high sweet and bitter. Med woody, dried fruits, not so much deep roast, kinda mellowed out with age. Lots of dried fruits, subtle chocolate and whisky. Very good, dangerous sipper.

Rather thin, watery. Low carbo. Low sweet, high att. Med-high bitter, med-light astringent, woody. Harsh from a combo of tannins, booze and weird smoke. Med peat, but lacks support. Fruity, but like fruit pits, with leaf, bark and all. Averageish.
