Tap at Beertime. Looks... Wow, muddy purple-sepia body, floaties on the pinkish-grey head. Hm. Huge raspberry in the aroma, some lactic acid underneath. Smooth taste, bready maltiness, light tartness, reminiscent of Raven's base sour, but the raspberries here are a bit subdued surprisingly enough, creamy, some fruity sourness. Okay but not a standout.

Bottled 700ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and hrabren. Pitch black coloured, medium sized beige head, light roasty and chocolate nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, dried fruits, discreet touch of wood and sweetish finish.

Bottle, 0.7l, from Vršovicka Galerie Piva. Smooth chocolatey cookie dough aroma, a bit subdued, smooth rye-bready notes, some raisins. Smooth taste, again, vague chocolate, traces, if so, of barrel, which I would not have likely picked up if it didn't say so on the bottle, rye notes, almost no alcohol touches for 9.5%, smooth, silky. actually not bad at all... Just, the barrel is not there in evidence, at least not much. Unlike most, these guy appeared to do the reverse of the regular mistake - taking the beer out of the barrel / chips out of the beer too late, they may have taken it out too early, or the barrels were too weak. Still, quite likable.

0.7 l bottle brought by Marko from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Jet black, small beige head. Roasty, burnt with a metallic note. Fruity. Some wood, no whiskey. Bready and nutty background. Thick, sticky, caramel, dried fruit. Chewy, medium to full body, soft to moderate carbonation, moderate finish with a chocolate and coffee touch.
