Bottle 0.5l. Cloudy, dark amber colored. AROMA- toasted malts, pale plums, apricot. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, apricot, compot juice. Medium bodied. No nuts, no brown ale, but for me quite tasty.

Bottle from Nápoje... expired for 3 months apparently, and yet - it wasn't on the expired shelf. Damn. Murky, nice red-amber, off white head, thick, okay looking really. Odd aroma - dried fruit, perfumey, caramel aaaand chlorophenols. Lean taste, some candied orange, citric smooth really, but then chlorophenols hit and then the bitterness hits, indicating a questionable balance even before it was spoiled. Well, not the worst chlorophenol bomb I've ever had, actually shows some promise, but it's still a chlorophenol bomb. Modify your water people, use distilled water if the local water authority uses chloramine. Likely simple as that. Obviously, this gets rerated as soon as I get a fresh sample.

From tap at Sběrné suroviny 18.07.20. Clear golden straw colour. Dense and persistent white head. Aroma and lingering taste of herbs, mint, sorrel, lime zest and 7-UP.

Bottle. Dark brown with garnet, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, wine, caramel, dried fruits, dried fruits, vanilla. Taste: caramel malt, dried fruits, vanilla, a little bourbon, a little bitterness, a bit unbalanced.

Bottle from BaseCamp. Pale for a brown, dark amber body, off white, thick body. Urgh, Aroma... tannin, light nuts... and sewer, yup, infection. Taste... again, tannin and nutty notes, some earthy touches, and some light infection, not as evident as in the aroma, but still there. Oh well, a shame, they seem to have some issues currently. Hope to try it clean...

Tap at Ale Bar. Quite complex, yet quite subtle. Full body, moderate carbonation. Chocolatey, cocoa, some deep roast, subtle wood and hint of bourbon - though I probably could not pick apart the BA influence by myself. Slightly warming. Good one though.
