Bottle 0.75l from the brewery. A bit cloudy, pale amber colored. AROMA- fermented, fruity, apples, peaches, honey, malts, herbal tones, some root vegetable. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, fruity, spicy, bubble gum. Medium to fuller bodied.

Bottle 0.75l from the brewery. A bit cloudy, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- sour cherries, coffee, toasted malts, toasted bread crusts. FLAVOR- slightly sour, pleasantly bitter, cherries, bread, coffee. Light to medium bodied.
Well balanced, very good.

Flašička (Diky do Neratovic!): Literally black, big and stable tanned head; sourish nose, traces of caramel, toasted malt and coffee detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, some acidity detectable as expected, medium bodied; lingering malty and sourish-fruity finish. Possibly already infected...

Draught at the brewery. Black colored. AROMA- somewhat low, roasted malts, coffee. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, roasted malts and coffee again. Medium bodied.
Nice example of Irish stout.

Točené v pivovarskem výčepu (srpen 2016):Golden, hazy, medium-sized , stable white head with a good lace, bready-grainy nose, citrussy-hoppy edges detectable; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied as expected, but not watery at all; slightly lingering hoppy and bready-malty finish. Draught at the brewery. Cloudy, pale orange colored. AROMA- sweet, malty, caramel. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malty, caramel, a bit fruity, floral hops. Medium bodied.

Točené (v pivovarskem výčepu): Golden, hazy, bigger stable and creamy white head; mild to moderate dryish Saazy and citrussy nose; mild to moderate bitter flavour with a slight residual sweetness; hardly medium bodied and a bit tart; slightly lingering bitter-hoppy/citrussy -Saazy finish. Ano, quite nice...
