Draught @ Lokal Pivni Ostry, Prague. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, grain, hay, grass. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, little weak, malt, bread, little white sugar, hay. Medium body, soft carbonation, light sweet finish. 180419

Tap at Festival minipivovaru na Prazskem hrade. Easy drinking, though the hops aromatics could be higher. Rather shy in terms of the fruity hops character it could have had. Otherwise a refreshing ale.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen at preparation for Yule beer tasting 07.12.17. Almost ebony. Small beige head and lacing. Aroma of brittle, dark caramel and chocolate sauce. Similar taste, with moderate bitterness. Chocolaty sweet, combined with moderate bitterness.. Soft mouthfeel.

1 liters plastflaske, direkte fra Praha via Holmens importkoffert, delt med skibsrederen under forberedelsene til maritim juleølsmaking des-17: brunsvart med kort skum. En mørk og god, maltdrevet øl i beste tsjekkiske stil - man fornemmer edelhumlene, balansen er upåklagelig og munnfølelsen er silkemyk. Mersmak også, naturligvis.

Keg at Pivovarsky Club, Praha, 13/07/17. Clear reddish amber with a well presented off white head that retains well. Nose is bread dough, herb, light floral notes, toasted grains. Taste comprises straw, light red berry fruits, grains, pale malts, bready tones, fresh grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.
