Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is spicy, some rosehip and mild tart berries. Flavour is rosehip, cranberry, some floral, herbal, tart berries and quite big on the wooden side of things. Thin and watery palate, even though it's rather dry.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, some fruity and floral tones with mild earthy and herbal tones. Flavour is tart fruits, wood and some nutty notes with quite an acidity to it as well. Wood and tartness in the finish.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some ink, alcohol and mild wooden tones with some leathery elements. Flavour is coffee, raisins, prunes, some syrup and liquorice with quite alcoholic tones. A bit too boozy for my like.

Tap filled to bottle. Smell- weak fruits, faint hops, grass, herbal tones. Foam- thin, hops. fruits, bitter tones, faint sweetness. Head is small, and white in color Appearance - Hazy orange color, medium carbonation. From - pint Taste - fruits, weak bitter tones, faint sweetness, grass, herbal tones. Fine hazy one overall.

Nach einem geschmacklich ausgereiften, aber dann doch nicht so erfreulichen Baltic Porter aus dem niederländischen Zeeland kommt wieder ein patriotisch-ukrainisches Bier aus einer Kyiver Craftbier-Schmiede. Ein Hazy IPA, das mit der gräulich-trüben Farbe nicht sonderlich hübsch ist, aber doch durch tolle Hopfenaromen überzeugt. Nicht perfekt, aber doch schön aromatisch.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark brown with an orange hue and a tiny, rough, beige head. Sweet, toffeeish aroma with dark, dried fruits and distinct whisky notes, some wood. Rich, sweet body with same as above, but also a lurking yet distinct tartness which clearly shouldn't be there. Moldy, gluey. Warming alcohol finish. A not so clean, rustic barrel aging. 190123
