Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour small brown head. Aroma is alcohol, liquorice, alcohol and some mild vanilla with some chocolaty tones. Flavour is alcohol, some fruity tones, dried fruits, mild coconut, plum and some strange sweetish tones. A bit unclean.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, smoe whisky, wood and mild vanilla. Flavour is vanilla, wood, some liquorice, alcohol and quite plummy tones with some slight ashy tones to it .A bit out of balance.

Eine Gose mit Tomatensaft -hört sich grauslich an...ist es auch. Von dem Bier, auch wenn es ein Sauerbier ist, merkt man nicht viel, da der knallrote Tomatensaft sehr aggresiv auftritt. Für Leute, die tatsächlich gerne Tomatensaft trinken und dabei einen lustigen Beigeschmack haben wollen, gerne -meins ist es nicht.

Ein Bier, das ich eigentlich noch ein bisschen stehen lassen wollte, da es ein Stil ist, der öfters nachreift und die Flasche mit dem wachsversiegelten Verschluss sehr hübsch ist. Auf dem Etikett ist ein Rabe, der lt Erklärung eine Nachtigall sein soll und an nächtliche Sagenfiguren erinnert, die in der Nacht die Seelen heimsucht. Das schwarze, starke Bier mag solch einem Geist schmecken oder nach Genuss von zuviel Bier dem geneigten Trinker erscheinen. Geschmacklich bietet es schöne tiefe Schokonoten gepaart mit einer schweren Malzigkeit, die sehr schön mit dem Kokoston interagiert und ein tolles Gesamtbild liefert. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Tiefschwarze Farbe mit beiger Schaumkrone. Intensiv malziger, röstmalziger Geruch mit Schokolade. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Schokolade, Trockenfrüchten, Kokos und deutlicher Alkoholnote. Leider etwas unharmonisch arbeitend. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.
