(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 16 Feb 2023) Golden colour with creamy, white head. Malty, herbal nose with bread, hay, citrus and herbal hops. Malty, herbal taste with notes of bread, hay, citrus and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well made saison. Nice one.

Tap at Arendsnest, 8th June 2023. Pours a clear straw golden. Aroma is yeast and tart fruit. Taste is bitter, some yeast and light funk, tart. OK

(Keg at Arendsnest, 20230415) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had earth, spiciness, Belgian style yeast and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had spiciness, earth, malts and bitterness. Nice. Bit thin.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2022) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, apricots, biscuits and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, resin, apricots, biscuity malt and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Pours hazy blonde. A dense white head with good retention. Aroma's of sweet/bready malts, light spices and fruit. Flavour is light sweet with a hint of bitter. Light medium bodied. Light moderate bitter finish. Not bad for the style.
